Monya’s channel is smaller than Kreyt’s or Bestik’s, with 61.2K subscribers, but some of his videos get hundreds of thousands of views. His videos are built around a clear experiment idea in the title and fast-paced editing, which commenters compare to King DM. His channel description says he plays on CHITA (76).

Use his videos to compare salaries
Two of Monya’s videos—“Max Skill” and “35 Ways”—are basically filmed earnings tables. He counts the money from each run and times how long it takes. There’s one catch: almost everything was filmed with Platinum VIP (which he says gives X2 pay) and max skill, while the job table shows figures without X2 or VIP.
| Job | Monya’s test (2024) | Job table without X2 or VIP |
|---|---|---|
| Harvest collector | 3,400 for a full basket at max skill; a million in 5 hours | 60K/hour, max skill 1,350 |
| Milker | 1,400 per milk can at the start, 3,400 at max skill | 60K/hour, max skill 1,000 |
| Beekeeper | 120,000 to rent a hive, around 300,000 per hour after expenses | 70K/hour, max skill 585 |
| Miner | 12 rubles per kg, around 24,000 per hour | 60K/hour |
| Treasure hunter | 28,100 for 5 treasures, 7-minute cooldown | 60K/hour |
| Car thief | 8,895–9,920 per car, around 18,000 with VIP | 50K/hour |
| Electrician | Light bulb: 4,000; electrical panel: 5,500; traffic light: 7,000; transformer: 8,500 | 200–250K/hour, available from level 12 |
| Gas technician | At max rank: 4,140 / 6,750 / 11,250 for one, two, and three stops | 80K/hour, available from level 5 |
| Cash-in-transit guard | 32,000 per route, 36,000 at rank 2, 42,000 at max rank | 120K/hour, available from level 15 |
| Fishing | Around 890 rubles per minute—the worst result | Earnings depend on equipment |
The figures vary a lot, and that’s normal: pay depends on your skill level, VIP, X2 events, and server. Monya’s conclusions match what other bloggers say: fishing and car theft are the slowest ways to earn, farming at max skill is the best no-requirements starter job, and electrician is more convenient than gas technician.
Tips he shows
- You can turn in a harvest basket before it’s full: skill is based on the apples you’ve picked, blackcurrants unlock at 750 skill, and strawberries at 1,350.
- Bring medkits to the farm and make sure your internet connection is stable. If you disconnect, you’ll have to rent again and travel back.
- Divers get a cooldown after two runs: Monya says two hours, while Kreyt says one. Monya estimates “four runs for a million,” but the job only unlocks at level 18.
- You can level up faster in the Ministry of Emergency Situations (МЧС) with a rank 3 partner—but partners like that usually ask for extra pay.
Don’t copy stunts Monya does for laughs
In “35 Ways,” there’s a bit where he goes to the Traffic Police (ГИБДД) to “remove stars for 100,000.” He even warns that if the leader sees him, he’ll be fired and blacklisted. That’s abuse of authority, not a way to make money. The videos about “hacking a blogger’s account” are staged with the blogger’s consent; accessing someone else’s account without permission is a surefire way to get banned. For legitimate ways to rank up, see the factions section.
Check the figures against the game: what’s outdated
| In the videos | What’s current |
|---|---|
| 2024 salaries | Since October 1, 2026, income increases with your character’s level, and pay for many jobs has gone up |
| Diver: “four runs for 1.1 million” | The job table shows 125,000 for two dives without X2 or VIP—the figures differ several times over because of VIP and the server |
| Car theft: “I heard the pay was increased”—Monya couldn’t confirm it | Recheck after October 1, 2026: pay has increased for many jobs |
Try Monya’s promo code
Monya’s video descriptions tell viewers to enter the promo code “Monya.” In 2024, it gave a BMW F90, VIP Gold for 12 hours, heart-shaped glasses, and a skeleton skin. The code isn’t on the promo code list, so the only way to find out if it’s still active is to try /promo. Find current codes on the promo codes page, and learn how to level up faster on the level page.
