A faction is a job with ranks, a uniform, and an hourly salary. There are eight government factions, plus criminal gangs. Each government faction has 10 ranks: law enforcement goes from private to colonel, the Hospital from intern to chief physician, and the Government from driver to governor.
Compare factions by requirements and pay
Pay is in rubles per hour, based on one server; your figures may differ.
| Faction | Level | Documents | Rank 1 | Rank 10 | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Army | 2 | medical card, category B driving licence | 1,950 | 18,000 | beginners and anyone who needs a military ID |
| Hospital | 3 | medical card, category B driving licence | 2,500 | 16,980 | players who want a peaceful job helping people |
| Media | 3 | medical card, category B driving licence | 1,600 | 16,000 | good writers: announcements and broadcasts |
| Government | 3, technically 4 | medical card, weapons licence, category B driving licence | 3,300 | 20,000 | paperwork fans: licences, warrants, legal work |
| Traffic Police | 4 | medical card, military ID, weapons licence, category B driving licence | 5,300 | 22,000 | players who like chases and roadblocks |
| Police Department | 4 | medical card, military ID, weapons licence, category B driving licence | 5,000 | 18,250 | anyone who wants to make arrests and search people |

| FSB | 3 and a rank in law enforcement | medical card, military ID, weapons licence, category B driving licence | 4,500 | 24,000 | experienced law enforcement players; transfers only |
| Gangs | 3, technically 4 | medical card, weapons licence, category B driving licence | — | — | shootouts and business wars |
“Technically 4” is because you can only get a weapons licence at level 4 and, according to the help page, with 70 law-abiding points; some players also mention a 100-point requirement. The listed requirement is level 3, but you can’t pass the interview without a licence.

Get your documents before going to HR
You’re almost always turned away because you’re missing a document, not because you failed the test. Here’s the order that saves time:
- Category B driving licence — get it at the Lytkarino Driving School; find the theory answers in the driving school guide.
- Medical card — available at any of the three city hospitals. The checkup costs ₽5,000 and takes 10 minutes; a doctor of rank 3 or higher issues it. Skip the queue for 100 BC (donate currency), or get a permanent card for 300 BC.
- Weapons licence — get it at the Government building. You need level 4, 70 law-abiding points according to the help page (sometimes 100 are required), and a ₽30,000 state fee. You earn one point per PayDay (the payout at the end of the hour) if you’ve played for 20 minutes that hour.
- Military ID — serve in the Army until you reach sergeant (rank 3), then submit a report on the forum, or buy one for 129 BC. The Traffic Police, Police Department, Prison Service, and FSB require it.
A natural route is: join the Army at level 2 → get a military ID → join the Traffic Police or Police Department → transfer to the FSB.
Pass the interview on your first try
Every government faction’s HR department asks the same 8 questions: IC and OOC, Role Play, DM (killing without a reason), returning to the place where you died, the green zone, and insults. One mistake means you fail; you can retake the test in 5 minutes. Find all the answers on the HR interview answers page.
You can also join through senior staff: Forum → your server’s section → Government Organizations → the faction you want. If you apply through the forum, the highest starting rank is 3. Faction recruitment is announced through events; use /news to see what’s coming up.
After you join, you’ll find the charter and internal tests in your tablet. You need to pass them to get assignments. Find faction-specific test answers in the answers section.
Rank up without wasting time
- Get assignments from the duty officer or in your tablet. Complete 5 assignments a day to earn a bonus; the first replacement assignment is free, then each one costs 10 BC.
- Assignments give you reputation points. You’ll rank up automatically until you reach the rank set by the leader.
- To go higher, submit reports on the forum and wait for senior staff to decide. Ranks 7–9 are assigned through applications and a phone interview with an administrator present.
- Faction initiatives take 15 minutes once a day and raise efficiency, which affects your PayDay salary.
Leave without unnecessary losses
- 1
Open Tablet → Factions → Roster and tap your nickname.
- 2
In your personal file, tap “Leave.”
- 3
If the button doesn’t work, buy the “Determination” upgrade (Tablet → Menu → Upgrades) or ask the leader or a deputy to remove you.
- 4
With Silver VIP or higher, you can leave without the upgrade or asking anyone.
Your rank resets when you leave. To get it back, use the “Reinstatement Applications” thread in your faction’s forum section. Sources disagree about tokens: the general help article says they’ll be kept, while the Army article and a 2025 developer announcement say they’ll be lost. Spend them beforehand. The /leave command is also listed among the commands, but it has the same “Determination” upgrade and VIP requirements.
Find out what can get you kicked and what rules apply to all government factions in the server rules and the federal decree.
