All Black Russia Commands

The filter above the table groups commands into general, phone, vehicles, family, government organizations, Traffic Police, Prison Service, leaders and admins. If a command doesn’t work, check the “Removed from the game” group. The developers have removed some older commands.

Trade cars safely

Trading unlocks at level 3. You can trade in three ways:

• Use /changeprop and the player’s ID to open a trade window for a house, car or business. You can add cash right away.
• Open your inventory and tap “Trade.” The game will suggest a nearby player.
• Long-press a player to open the interaction menu, then tap “Trade.”

This offers a trade plus ₽150,000 to the player with ID 127. The ID is the number beside a player’s nickname. To look it up by nickname, use /id. To sell a specific car to a player, use /sellmycar [ID] [price]. The car you’re selling must be unloaded on the server. The in-game help lists both /sellmyhouse and /sellmyhome for selling a house (command lists show /sellmyhome), so try both.

Since March 2026, a trade only goes through after the other player confirms it. Record every deal on video: items that go missing won’t be restored without proof. And don’t hand items over “just because,” especially between your own accounts. That’s a violation and can result in a PermBan. For tips on getting a better price, see how to sell a car.

Call from your in-game phone

You get a SIM card with a seven-digit number when you register, but you need a phone to make calls. Buy one at a 24/7 store, then open your inventory and select the SIM card → “Use.”

• /c [number] — call a player or government service;
• /p — answer a call; /h — hang up or decline;
• /sms [number] [text] — send a text;
• /c and number 111 — check your balance. Top it up at a 24/7 store or ATM;
• /add [ID] [number] — save a contact; /book — open your contacts.

Hide the chat and interface

/chat hides the chat from your screen, which is handy for screenshots. To adjust the rest of the interface, open the game settings and change the button layout.

Use Traffic Police and Police Department commands

For law enforcement, the key commands follow the arrest process:

• /base — open the police PDA and place someone on the wanted list;
• /su — add a wanted level and charge;
• /cuff — handcuff someone (rank 3 or higher);
• /gotome — lead someone; /putpl — put them in a car;
• /arrest — arrest someone at the entrance to the detention center (the holding cell at the station).

Use /search and /searchcar to search a person or car, /takelic to confiscate a driving licence, /ptickets and /delticket to issue or delete fines, /radar for the radar, and /wanted to see the wanted list. Admin commands: for reference

The “Admins” group in the table shows what admins can do to you: /jail sends you to demorgan, /mute blocks your chat, /kick removes you from the server, /warn gives you a warning, and /ban blocks your account. These commands won’t work for regular players. Use /report to contact the admins. The /admins command shows which admins are online (command lists say it’s for VIPs).

If someone in chat tells you there’s a “secret money command,” they’re trying to scam you. Misleading players with fake commands is prohibited and can get you a 15–30-day ban or PermBan.
