You get an Administrative Code fine on the spot: an officer checks your documents or vehicle, finds a violation, and you pay the amount listed in the table. The Traffic Police and Police Department use the same document, so fines from either department follow this table.
| Article | Offence | Penalty |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Traffic violation resulting in vehicle damage | 30,000-ruble fine and confiscation of your driving licence |
| 2 | Parking a vehicle in a no-parking zone | 10,000-ruble fine |
| 3 | Driving a vehicle where it is not allowed (sidewalk, lawn) | 15,000-ruble fine |
| 4 | Damaging municipal property (benches, poles, bus stops) | 10,000-ruble fine |
| 5 | Creating a traffic hazard (going AFK on the road) | 15,000-ruble fine |
| 6 | Walking on the road | 10,000-ruble fine |
| 7 | Failing to comply with a Traffic Police officer's instructions | 5,000-ruble fine |
| 8 | False call for emergency services or law enforcement | 5,000-ruble fine |
| 9 | Insulting a government employee | 5,000-ruble fine |

The cheapest violations are failing to follow traffic police instructions, making a false call, and insulting a government employee — 5,000 ₽ each. The most expensive is a traffic violation that damages vehicles: 30,000 ₽ and revocation of your driving licence. It’s the only article in the Code that directly takes your licence.
Don’t pay for minor mistakes
Half the articles in the Administrative Code catch careless players, not reckless drivers. Here are five fines that are easy to get by accident:
- Step away from your phone in the middle of the road — Article 5, going AFK on the road, 15,000 ₽. If you need to step away, move your vehicle off the road;
- Leave your vehicle wherever — Article 2, 10,000 ₽. Park it in a parking spot;
- Cut across a lawn or sidewalk — Article 3, 15,000 ₽, the same as going AFK;
- Walk in the roadway — Article 6, 10,000 ₽;
- Smash a bus stop, bench, or pole — Article 4, damaging municipal property, 10,000 ₽.
Two more fines are for what you say and do on your phone. Calling a government service with /c for no reason is a false call, Article 8, 5,000 ₽. Mouth off to an officer during a check and it’s another 5,000 ₽ under Article 9. The most expensive outcome is a crash: 30,000 ₽ and your licence, after which you’ll have to go back to the driving school.
Know the difference between the Administrative and Criminal Codes
Similar offenses can fall under different documents, and the penalties can be worlds apart:
- Failing to follow a traffic police officer’s instructions — Administrative Code, Article 7, 5,000 ₽; disobeying a law enforcement officer — Criminal Code, Article 14, 2 years;
- Insulting a government employee in character — Administrative Code, Article 9, 5,000 ₽; insulting someone in OOC chat — server rules instead, 30-minute mute from the admins;
- Driving on a lawn — 15,000 ₽ fine; stealing someone else’s car — the Criminal Code, 2 years.
Fail to stop at a checkpoint when ordered by the Traffic Police, and it’s no longer just a fine: the system automatically puts the vehicle’s owner on the wanted list, followed by a chase and the Criminal Code.
Don’t lose your licence over fines
According to the in-game guide, you can lose your licence for reasons beyond Article 1:
- 3 or more fines left unpaid for 24 hours after you receive them — your licence is revoked;
- 10 fines — your licence is revoked immediately. If you’re driving at the time, you’ll be kicked out of your vehicle;
- Violate the Administrative Code in front of a Traffic Police officer, and they can issue a fine and manually take your licence with the /takelic command;
- Your licence is valid for 30 days, then you need to renew it.
You can renew your licence at the duty station in the Traffic Police building or through the interaction menu with a Traffic Police officer: 90% of the fee goes to the government and 10% to the officer. To get a revoked licence back, you need to pay all your fines and take the exams again. You can’t enter the driving school with unpaid fines; they check at the entrance. Find the exam answers in the driving school answers.
Pay your fines at an ATM
Go to an ATM → interaction button → “Pay Fines” → “Pay All Fines”. Since June 2025, VIP Platinum gives you a discount when you pay all your fines at once. For comparison, the in-game guide says running a red light costs 400 ₽.
Find out how the Traffic Police issue fines
Knowing how it works is useful whether you’re a driver or planning to join the Traffic Police:
- One officer can issue up to 5 fines a day. An officer above rank 7 can cancel a fine, also up to 5 a day;
- Stationary radars, handheld radars (used by an officer standing on the roadside), and a Traffic Management Center camera catch speeding. You can rent the camera at the Traffic Police duty station. It runs for 15 minutes while the renter stays within 10 meters of it;
- Drivers install radar detectors at the technical center to avoid radars;
- Crash a work vehicle, and the fine goes to the officer; the money is deducted from their account;
- Issue a fine without an IC reason (a reason that exists in-game), and the rules for government organizations give the officer a Warn.
Use /ptickets to view a player’s fines, /delticket to delete a fine by number, and /radar to set up a radar. For other commands, see Commands, under Traffic Police.
Pass the Administrative Code test
The Traffic Police and Police Department promotion tests both have the same 6 questions on the Administrative Code: Articles 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, and 9. The answers match the table. For example, “What’s the penalty for making a false call to emergency services?” — “A 5,000-ruble fine.” Practice with the Traffic Police answers and Police Department answers.
Each server maintains its own Administrative Code. Check yours on the official forum: select your server → “Government Organizations” → Traffic Police or Police Department. Staff can view the documents using /fmenu → “Documents”.
