Answers to All Black Russia Tests

All Black Russia tests in one place: the driving school exam, 8 HR questions, and the charters of seven government factions. Each test has question search and a 10-question practice mode.

Updated Author: Artyom Kashirin

Black Russia has three types of tests: the driving school licence exam, the HR interview when joining a government faction, and the faction charter test with the duty officer. That’s 198 questions across 9 tests. Below, each test has its own page, with search by the first few words of a question and a practice mode that runs you through 10 random questions.

Driving SchoolThe driving school theory test has 15 questions drawn from a shared question bank. To pass, you need at least 13 correct answers. The bank has 46 questions: 35 for categories A–D and 11 for water transport.
HR DepartmentThe HR department interview has 8 questions about the project rules, and they’re the same for every government faction. You can’t get a single answer wrong: one mistake means you fail and have to wait 5 minutes to try again.
Traffic PoliceThe Traffic Police test with the duty officer has 29 questions on the charter, Criminal Code, and Administrative Code. You take it as a regular officer to reach rank 2. Before that, you’ll answer 8 questions in HR.
Police DepartmentThe Police Department (УМВД) and Traffic Police (ГИБДД) take the same 29-question test with the duty officer: charter, Criminal Code and Administrative Code. One answer is different—the radio tag—and there are also 8 HR department questions to pass first.
Enlistment OfficeThe Army has two tests: 8 HR questions at the military enlistment office and 15 charter questions from the duty officer in the barracks. You can get a military ID later, once you reach rank 3 and submit a report on the forum.
Prison ServiceThe Prison Service test has 15 questions on the charter and is almost identical to the Army test. Only the radio tag is different. Take it with the duty officer in the Service Corps, after answering 8 HR department questions at Prison No. 3.
HospitalThe hospital test has 18 questions: 12 on the charter and 6 on service prices. Players most often mix up the prices. Under the charter, treatment costs 500 ₽ for a citizen, 300 ₽ for a government employee and 700 ₽ for a gang member.
MediaThe Media test has 26 questions on the charter, ad-editing rules, and broadcast rules. Pass it to become a Photographer (rank 2). Answers are based on the forum topic dated October 23, 2026.
GovernmentThe Government test is the shortest among the state factions: 12 questions on the charter. You take it as a Driver at rank 1, then become a Guard. Before that, you’ll answer 8 HR department questions.

Choose your test

Join a government faction step by step

Joining any government faction except the FSB works the same way. People mix up things like “Traffic Police answers for HR” because there are actually two tests, and you take them at different times.

  1. 1

Get your documents together: a medical record and a category B licence. For the Traffic Police, Police Department, and Prison Service, you’ll also need a military ID and a weapon licence. Required level: 2 for the Army, 4 for the law enforcement factions.

  2. 2

Go to the faction building and complete the HR interview: 8 questions, the same for everyone. One mistake is a fail; you can retake it after 5 minutes.

  3. 3

You’ll be accepted at rank 1 (private, intern, or trainee—the name depends on the faction). Change into your uniform in the changing room: according to the charter, that’s the only place where you can go AFK (step away from your device).

  4. 4

Open Tablet → Factions → Documents and read the charter. The “Tests” section is required when you join, and passing the test with the duty officer (NPC) gets you to rank 2.

  5. 5

After that, you rank up by completing tasks, training, and oral tests with senior members. Requirements vary by server, so check the “Promotion System” thread on the forum.

Joining requirements can differ by two levels

Faction Level Other requirements
Army 2 medical record, category B licence
Hospital, Media 3 medical record, category B licence
Government 3 medical record, weapon licence, category B licence
Traffic Police, Police Department, Prison Service 4 medical record, military ID, weapon licence, category B licence
FSB 3 same as the law enforcement factions, usually a rank in another law enforcement faction; no HR department

A practical route is: category B licence for ₽2,500 → medical record at the Hospital for ₽5,000 → Army from level 2 → military ID → law enforcement faction. The Army is the only government faction that accepts you without a military ID or weapon licence, and it’s also where you get your military ID.

Don’t lose your spot over a mistake

Failing a test isn’t the worst mistake a new player can make. A warn (an administration warning) automatically gets you kicked out of your faction and blocks you from joining another one for 10 days. Your rank resets when you’re dismissed, and you can get it back by submitting an application on the forum. That’s why HR questions about DM (killing without a reason), returning to the place where you died, and green zones aren’t just formalities: DM normally gets you 90 minutes in demorgan (admin jail), while a faction member who commits mass DM on their organization’s property gets a warn. Check the RP terms glossary for definitions and the general server rules for punishments.

Check the answers against your server

The charter answers are based on the official forum thread “Answers to the Promotion Test with an NPC.” On most servers, the questions match word for word, but every server has its own forum section for each faction, and the leader can update the charter. The Traffic Police and Police Department tests are identical; the Army and Prison Service tests are almost identical, with a different radio tag and a couple of changed points. If a question in-game is worded differently, check Tablet → Factions → Documents. For laws in the law enforcement tests, see the Criminal Code (УК) and the Administrative Code (КоАП).

Questions and answers

What tests are there in Black Russia?
There are three types: the driving school licence exam (15 questions, or 11 for water vehicles), an HR interview (8 questions, the same for all government factions), and a faction charter test with the duty officer—from 12 questions in the Government to 29 in the Traffic Police and Police Department.
How many mistakes can you make on the tests?
At the driving school, you can make no more than 2 mistakes out of 15. In HR, not a single one: even one wrong answer counts as a fail. You can retake it after 5 minutes.
Is there a test to join the FSB?
No. The FSB has no HR department. You join through your server’s forum or by contacting the leader or deputies directly. They usually require a military ID, a weapon licence, and a rank in the Police Department, Army, or Traffic Police.
Which password does the game ask for?
The one you chose when registering on the server: 6 to 16 characters. It has nothing to do with the tests. If you forgot it, use the “Recover Password” button when logging in, or recover it through your linked email or social media account.
Why don’t my answers match the questions in the game?
Charters and wording can vary between servers. These answers are based on the official forum thread. If you see a different question, open Tablet → Factions → Documents to check your server’s charter.
