Answers to the Black Russia Hospital Test

At the hospital, the test covers more than just conduct rules: six of the 18 questions are about the prices of treatment, medical cards and prescription medicine. The rest cover the charter, which is similar to those of other government factions but includes rules specific to doctors: you can’t refuse treatment or set your own prices. Pass the test and you’ll reach rank 2, Paramedic.

Memorize the price list — it’s six of the 18 questions

The “Cost of Services” section is where players fail most often: the prices look similar, and the answer choices are close together. It’s easier to memorize them from lowest to highest:

The logic is simple: government employees pay less, criminal faction members pay more, and citizens are in the middle. Doctors enter these prices themselves later: the treatment and medical card commands require you to enter an amount manually. The answer to “Can you set your own prices?” is no.

Watch out for differences in the charter

Most conduct rules are shared by all government factions. Here are the hospital-specific details that can cost you points:

• The leadership is the chief doctor and department head, not a colonel.
• Accessories: glasses and bags.
• You must not refuse treatment to anyone.
• The tag for the department radio is [ЦБ].

The hospital test doesn’t ask about duels or service weapons. Instead, it asks about treatment. The general answers are the same: every employee must follow the charter, you can be fired for a serious charter violation, and you can sleep only in the changing room.

Join the hospital in three steps

The hospital is one of the easiest government factions to join: you need level 3, a medical card and a category B driving licence. You can get your medical card there too: go to the “Get a medical card” pickup, pay 5,000 ₽ and wait 10 minutes. Only a doctor of rank 3 or higher can issue one.

   Choose one of the three hospitals: /gps → Important Places → Arzamas City Hospital, Lytkarino City Hospital or Nizhnegorsk City Hospital.

   Go to the counter opposite the entrance and take the HR test: 8 questions. One mistake means you have to wait 5 minutes before trying again.

   Change into your uniform: go to the Administration wing, to the end of the corridor, and into the staff break room. Find assignments and the test with the Secretary or on the Tablet.

Use the doctor commands

After the test, you’ll unlock hospital assignments — there are four according to the help page — and the ability to treat players and issue medical cards through the radial menu (long-press a player → Service). Commands come in handy when a patient is moving around and you can’t tap them:

At lower ranks, medical cards make up half a doctor’s work. Here’s how it works: a player pays 5,000 ₽ at the hospital pickup, gets a marker for their doctor on the minimap, and messages the doctor in chat. If the doctor is below rank 3, they can’t issue the medical report, so the patient has to find someone higher-ranked. The examination takes 10 minutes, after which the patient returns to the pickup. If they don’t want to wait, they can buy a medical card in the shop: a regular one for 100 BC (donate currency) or a permanent one for 300 BC. No doctor needed.

Check your server’s price list

The prices above come from an official forum post with answers to promotion tests given by an NPC (in-game character), and that’s what the duty officer’s test asks about. But each server keeps its hospital charter in its own forum section, and the leader can change the price list. If that happens, you’ll have to use the new prices on duty. Before the test, open Tablet → Factions → Documents. If the prices there are different, answer according to your server’s documents. You can’t charge a patient more than the charter allows — that’s what the question “Can you set your own prices?” is about.

Find out how much the hospital pays

The hospital doesn’t pay much to start with: one server’s pay table lists 2,500 ₽ per hour for an intern, 3,150 ₽ for a paramedic and 3,750 ₽ for a feldsher. That’s less than the Traffic Police and Police Department pay, but the entry requirements are easier — no military ID or 30,000 ₽ weapons licence needed. At rank 3 (feldsher), you can issue medical cards yourself. You need one to join any government faction, so players planning to join the Traffic Police, Army or Government will come to you.
