Black Russia Servers and Launch Dates

Choose your server carefully: your belongings, money, and faction rank are tied to it, and the developers don’t let you transfer characters between servers. The map is the same for everyone—Moscow and Norilsk differ only in their players and economies. Find a server by name, number, or color:

Switch servers

• On a server, open Settings → Account → “Switch Character,” or tap the door-and-arrow icon in the side panel to return to the main screen.
• Tap the arrows button in the lower-left corner and choose a server from the list. Since July 2026, the game remembers the last server you selected and lets you find the one you want using search.
• Create a character or select one already linked to your account. Servers where you have characters are highlighted: a white icon means no violations, yellow means a warn, and red means a ban.

Guest accounts can’t switch servers, so link your email first. You can have up to three characters per server on a linked account; the fourth and any additional accounts on the same server will be blocked. You can free up a slot by deleting a character. It will be blocked for 24 hours, and you can cancel the deletion during that time.

Choose your server wisely

Each server has its own economy, and that’s the first thing to consider. A new server gives everyone an even start: businesses go up for auction from the first few days, and launch events take place, like the Family Battle on Astana. The downside is that there are few cars on the market, so it’s tough to make money as a car flipper on a new server. On older servers, the market is active and car flipping is easier, but the good businesses have long been taken.

My advice: join the server where your friends or family play. That matters more than the server number—you can’t move later with your belongings. Promo codes give bonuses to new accounts.

Learn about RIO and the test server

RIO is a server outside the main numbering system (listed as [00]). It opened on May 29, 2026, at 18:00 MSK. The developers announced Astana, No. 91 as a Kazakhstani server. Tashkent, No. 92 is the latest server as of October 25, 2026.

The test server is for CBT (closed beta testing) of new updates. Here’s how it works, according to the official help page:

• Apply through the TESTHUB bot on Telegram. Your game account must be linked to Telegram.
• The selection criteria aren’t public. If you’re rejected, you can apply again, but not right away.
• If you’re accepted, the bot will give you a username and password for the test server. Update the client with the “Update” button in the bot.
• Testers’ data is periodically reset, and they’re given new starting funds, so there’s no point in leveling up there.
• CBT is available on Android and iOS. Report bugs only through the bot.

Don’t download a “test server” from third-party sites—it’s dangerous and unnecessary. Only the bot gives access, and modified clients or cheats can get you banned. See the CBT help page for details.

See how the server network grew

The first four servers—RED, GREEN, BLUE, and YELLOW—launched in April 2020. The color servers continued through CHOCO, No. 22 (January 2022); starting with MOSCOW, No. 23 (March 20, 2022), servers have been named after cities. The most launches came in 2023, with 32; there were 17 in 2024, four in 2025, and three so far in 2026, including RIO.
