In chat, someone says, “I got DM’d,” an admin replies, “Punished for DB,” and the HR department asks what OOC information is. Here’s the full glossary: search by abbreviation, filter by type (violations, punishments, slang, mechanics, RP commands), and check the punishment and rule number wherever they’re listed in the official rules.
- DM / ДМDeathMatch (deathmatch)
Killing or damaging another player without a valid IC reason. Damaging vehicles also counts. Defensive DM is allowed (video evidence is required if you report it). Exceptions: regular in-game conflicts, criminal organization territories, agreed-upon duels, and high-crime areas.
Example: A player walks up to a random person on the street and starts hitting or shooting them without any conflict or backstory.
Punishment: Jail for 90 minutes · rule 2.19
- Mass DM / ТДМMass DeathMatch (mass deathmatch)
Killing or damaging three or more players without a valid IC reason.
Punishment: Warn / Ban for 3–7 days · rule 2.20

Punishment: Jail for 60 minutes · rule 2.13
- TK / ТКTeam Kill (team kill)
Killing a member of your own or an allied faction or organization without an IC reason.

Punishment: Jail for 60 minutes / Warn (for two or more kills) · rule 2.16
- RK / РКRevenge Kill (revenge kill)
Revenge for your own death. The forum test lists three cases: killing a player for revenge; returning to the place where you died within 15 minutes; using information that led to your death afterward.
Example: If you’re killed, you can’t run straight back to the same place to take revenge (HR department question: “Can you return to the place where you died?” — “No”).
- CK / ЦКCharacter Kill
Full RP death of a character: the character dies permanently as part of the RP story.
- PG / ПГPowerGaming (powergaming)
Giving your character abilities that aren't realistic; showing no fear for your life (“hero roleplay”).
Example: An unarmed player takes on an armed gangster or a group of police officers alone, or jumps off a roof.
- MG / МГMetaGaming (metagaming)
Using OOC information that your character couldn't have obtained through IC means (information from real life, Discord, or another chat) in in-game chat.
Example: You saw a player's name above their head or learned their name on Discord and addressed them by name, even though the characters hadn't met. Exception: a one-off «?», «!», «))» or words like «skin», «donate» and «virts» in IC chat are not punished.
Punishment: Mute for 30 minutes · rule 2.18

Learn the five terms that get you punished first
Of the 70 terms, five are enough for your first week as a beginner. In my experience, these are the ones that get you punished first: you can break the rules without even realizing it.
- DM (DeathMatch) — damaging or killing someone without an IC reason, including damaging someone else’s car. 90 minutes in Jail, rule 2.19. See the DM guide for what counts as a valid reason and what doesn’t.
- DB (DriveBy) — the same thing from or with a vehicle; running someone over counts too. 60 minutes in Jail, rule 2.13.
- MG (MetaGaming) — using OOC information in the game. For example, addressing a player by the nickname above their head even though your characters don’t know each other. 30-minute Mute, rule 2.18. Read what MG means for a full explanation.
- TK (TeamKill) — killing a fellow faction member or ally. 60 minutes in Jail; two or more kills mean a Warn, rule 2.15. See the full guide to TK and SK.
- RP Avoidance — leaving the game or going AFK (stepping away from your device) while being detained, or running into a Green Zone in the middle of a shootout. 30 minutes in Jail / Warn, rule 2.02. See the Green Zone guide for the details.
The guide to warns, demorgan, and bans explains how Jail differs from a Warn and why a Warn is a bigger deal.
Prepare for the HR department test
Players look up these terms for a reason. Before you join a government faction, the HR department asks eight questions, and seven are about terms. Here are the official answers:
- “What is Role Play?” — “Playing a role. If I’m a police officer, I play the role of a police officer.”
- “What does IC information mean?” — “Information related to gameplay.”
- “What does OOC information mean?” — “Information not related to gameplay.”
- “What is the ‘Green Zone’?” — “An area where damaging other players is prohibited.”
- “Are you allowed to return to the place where you died?” — “No. That breaks the game rules.”
- “Are you allowed to kill colleagues from your organization?” — “No. That breaks the game rules.”
- “Are you allowed to kill players without a reason?” — “No. You must have a valid reason.”
Find the eighth question and a practice test on the HR department answers page. During a voice interview for joining or getting promoted, they ask the same questions in person and add RP scenarios. You can find breakdowns of those in the RP scenarios section.

Know where sources disagree
Not all terms are defined the same way, and that can come up during a voice interview:
- Mass DM: the rules say damage to “three or more players,” while the forum test on terms says “more than three.” Answer according to the rules.
- RK (RevengeKill): the general rules don’t have a separate rule with a punishment for it. The forum test lists three cases: killing for revenge, returning to the place where you died within 15 minutes, and using information that led to your death.
- FCK: some lists use this for killing a player from your own faction; others use it for killing someone from another faction. There’s no single definition.
- Translit: the forum version of the rules gives a 30-minute Mute (rule 3.20), while the help section marks that rule as inactive.
If there’s a dispute on your server, open “General Server Rules” in your server’s section of the forum. See the rules guide for breakdowns of the rules.
