Military Enlistment Office Answers in Black Russia

First, you’ll have an interview at the military enlistment office (военкомат) in Batyrevo: 8 questions about the project rules, with no room for mistakes. You’ll be tested on the Army charter later, as a private, by the duty officer in the military unit barracks. Pass, and you’ll get rank 2. The charter answers are first on this page, with the HR department answers right below.

Take the HR department test at the military enlistment office

Go into the military enlistment office and walk up to the desk by the far wall. The questions are the same as in any government faction, and the rule is strict: one mistake means you fail. You can try again after 5 minutes.

You don’t need much to join: level 2, a medical card, and a category B driving licence. That’s the lowest entry requirement among all government factions, which is why the Army is the first step on a new player’s path to the Traffic Police (ГИБДД), the Police Department (УМВД), and the Prison Service (ФСИН).

Find the barracks and duty officer

The military enlistment office and the military unit are two different map locations. The enlistment office (marked with a card-and-star icon) is where you’ll find HR. You serve at the military unit: /gps → Government Organizations → Military Unit. On the map, it’s marked with an epaulette, a star, and stripes. Once you join, you can enter even in civilian clothes.

The changing room is in the barracks, just past the duty officer. It’s the only place where the charter allows you to go AFK (step away from your device). The same duty officer gives you tasks and the test. Find study documents in Tablet → Factions → Documents.

Don’t confuse the Army and police answers

The Army test is similar to the Traffic Police test, but three answers are different. Players who studied the wrong answer list often fail on these:

• Accessories — Army members can wear glasses and masks; the Traffic Police and Police Department allow “glasses only.”
• Radio tag — [Армия] (Army).
• Instead of a question about wanted suspects, there are two questions about the checkpoint: you’re not allowed to open fire on civilians at the checkpoint first; you can ask a civilian to leave the area, but you must speak to them first—“without opening fire or showing aggression.”

There’s another question that appears only in the Army and the Prison Service: you can’t invite a friend onto the grounds without management’s permission. It’s section 2.18 of the charter, and the game’s help says the same thing: you can bring friends and family in only with permission from senior staff.

The other answers are common to all charters

More than half the test is repeated in every government faction, so you only need to learn these answers once:

• Every employee must follow the charter; you can be fired for a serious charter violation.
• The Army is led by the colonel and lieutenant colonel.
• Duels are forbidden even if the colonel agrees.
• The regional law comes “above all else”; you can’t use a service vehicle for personal reasons.
• In uniform, you can’t go to the casino, containers, or other entertainment activities, or take side jobs.
• You can sleep (go AFK) only in the changing room.

Get your military ID

Most players join the Army to get a military ID. Without one, you can’t join the Traffic Police, Police Department, Prison Service, or FSB. Here’s the official process:

   Pass the HR test at the military enlistment office. It checks your knowledge of the project rules.

   Open the forum and go to your server’s section → Government Organizations → Army. Find the “How to Get a Military ID” thread or one with a similar name. It lists the tasks for your server.

   Complete the duty officer’s tasks (NPC) at the military unit to rank up.

   Reach rank 3 — sergeant.

   Submit a report on the forum about the work you’ve done, with screenshots or a video.

Some servers have stricter requirements: you may need to reach staff sergeant [4] or higher, spend at least 10 hours in the faction, and submit screenshots with /time that are no more than 3 days old. Read your server’s thread before you start collecting screenshots.

If you don’t have time to serve, you can buy a military ID in Shop → Services for 129 BC (donate currency). I’d still serve: the Army pays 1,950 ₽ per hour at private rank, 2,550 ₽ as a corporal, and 3,000 ₽ as a sergeant (one server’s pay table). Your rank and connections in the unit will also help if you transfer to the FSB, where they usually won’t take you without a rank in a security faction.

Don’t touch the weapons at rank 1

Since 2022, Army privates haven’t been able to take weapons. After frequent killings, access to the armory was restricted to soldiers who had passed management’s check. The armory is behind the reinforced door opposite the duty officer in the barracks. If it’s locked, ask the leader or deputies.

After the tests, tasks unlock one at a time: perimeter guard, scientist, dining hall duty officer, orderly, materials delivery, and tower inspection. Charter service hours are 10:00–20:00 Moscow time, with a break from 13:00 to 14:00. Always address everyone formally. Find everything about ranks and salaries on the Army page.
