Saigo makes videos about mobile RP games. His channel has streams, Shorts, and videos not only about Black Russia, but also GTA 5 RP. His main format is “Scamming the Used Car Market in Black Russia”: judging by the titles, Saigo visits the used car market, sells cars with “cheat hydraulics” to flippers, and calculates his profit. Viewers love the drama: “shameless flippers” get caught out by their own greed.

Understand why you shouldn’t try this
The format relies on three things, and each one is a direct violation of the server rules.
| What happens in the videos | Rule | Punishment |
|---|---|---|
| Cheats, third-party software, exploits | 2.21–2.23 | From a warn to a 15–30-day ban or a permanent ban |
| Scamming someone when selling a car | General rules on scamming | Permanent ban for committing a scam; unban only after the victim gets their money back |
| Buying and selling virts for real money | 2.28 | Permanent ban, account wipe, and project blacklist |
One of the videos is even called “An admin caught me cheating.” A blogger might see the risk as part of the show, but regular players don’t have that safety net. Rule 4.02 says the administration isn’t responsible for items lost because of scams or carelessness. Learn about warns, bans, and demorgan on the punishments page.
Take a lesson for buyers from the series
“Scamming the Used Car Market” has one useful takeaway, but it’s an important one: you get to see what a tuning scam looks like from the scammer’s point of view. A flipper who only checks how the car “jumps” ends up paying for hydraulics that aren’t actually there.
- Check the vehicle passport (PTS). You can see the car’s details after the seller enters /sellmycar. If the paperwork doesn’t list the tuning, treat it as if it isn’t there. In the first episode of “Hobo Path,” Bestik catches exactly this: it looks like it has hydraulics, but the PTS says it’s stock.
- Don’t pay for features you can only see while the car is moving. Check the suspension, tune, and lights in the paperwork, not in a demonstration.
- Take your time when negotiating. In the videos, the “shameless flippers” get taken down by their urge to be first.
- Only pay through the trade system. Both sides can see the terms, and nothing is handed over in advance.

Compare this with other bloggers’ “Scammer Hunts”
Bestik, Ayra, Enzo, and Kreyt have a similar format: “Scammer Hunts” and “Catching Scammers.” The blogger plays along with the scammer and records the scam, then the administration decides on the punishment. Bestik’s video is called “Caught a big-time scammer and got him banned,” while Kreyt’s is “Punished a schoolkid for scamming.” The difference is fundamental: scam hunters follow the rules and file a report; “Scamming the Used Car Market” doesn’t.
If you do get scammed, there’s only one right move: file a complaint with evidence, including a screen recording, the seller’s nickname and ID, and the time of the deal. Under the general rules, a scammer can only be unbanned after paying back the full amount of the loss, and the victim chooses how they get the money back.
Don’t confuse the “SAIGO promo code” with an in-game code
In Saigo’s video descriptions, the SAIGO promo code gives you a discount on a service for buying virts—it’s not a code you enter in the /promo menu. Buying virts for real money is prohibited under rule 2.28 and gets you permanently banned and wiped. Find in-game promo codes with starter bonuses in the promo code list.
